John Schapiro, CEO
As CEO of Windsor Resources, John Schapiro is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company.
He uses his unique ability to build relationships with key industry stakeholders to grow and maintain the Windsor brand in the staffing world. As John will tell you, "we are in a relationship business, with our function being staffing - and having over 18 years experience in the industry only helps."
Having caught the sales bug while interning at a staffing firm years ago, Schapiro is keenly aware of the hard work, determination and skill associated with running successful business.
"We attribute our growth in tough economic times to hard work, excellent recruiting practices and great relationships with our clients," said Schapiro. "There has to be a symbiotic relationship between staffing firms and clients in this economy. They have a hiring need and we want to help their bottom line by providing them with the best employees either in a temporary or direct hire position. This is done through strategic sourcing, assessment and delivery."

Mike Zaremski, President

Mike currently leads our Accounting & Finance team.
Prior to joining Windsor Resources, Mike spent 10 years at a large NYC based public accounting firm as a Principal of the Recruitment subsidiary of the firm, the Director of Human Resources, and lastly, the Director of Human Resources and Tax Operations.
During his tenure, he was responsible for firm wide recruitment and retention of audit, tax, and consulting services staff, performance evaluations, compensation reviews, and promotions.
Prior, he spent 14 years in the staffing industry in continually progressive roles and began his career in the NYC office of one of the Big 4 as a tax professional.

Ben Diamond, VP
Ben is an Account Executive and Business Development Leader with over 15 years of expertise in managing professional business relationships.
Ben enjoys showcasing technical, analytical and communication skills in a fast paced work environment.
He thrives on goal achievement and the rewards that come with individual and team success.
As the Director of the IT Practice, Ben’s high energy, productivity and honest approach are contagious.
His specialities include: Full life cycle recruitment, direct hire search, executive recruitment, contingent placement, contract negotiation and business development.

Kiah Jones, Strategic Planning Officer

A 15 year veteran in Talent Acquisition with both national and global firms, Kiah joined Windsor Resources in March 2012.
Excited by the opportunity to partner with past colleague and CEO John Schapiro, Kiah eagerly contributed her skills in recruiting, training and development to support the rapid growth at Windsor. It wasn’t long before it became increasingly clear that Kiah could put her best skills to work as a member of the Executive team.
The position of Strategic Planning Officer was a new role at Windsor and Kiah is tasked with streamlining processes for Human Resources, business development, new technology, branding initiatives and administration.
Since Kiah has been in the SPO role, she has been responsible for accelerating the social media plan, initiating branding campaigns, building a Health and Wellness Plan, designing an Employee Recognition Program and performing as a Project Manager for the newly implemented CRM .
In addition, Kiah handles internal communications, new hire orientation/training and policies and procedures.
Kiah believes that Work-Life balance is not about working less to have more time to pursue other things. Instead, Kiah believes that true Work-Life balance is finding a career where you can use more of your talents in your daily process, finding a place where you can share your skills and interests for the benefit of your colleagues and the company as a whole.
A true entrepreneur, Kiah owns an established gastro pub with her husband and partner in Prospect Park, Brooklyn.
Devoted to education and wellness, Kiah is an active volunteer and fundraiser for America Scores NY an organization that combines poetry, soccer and education in programs that serve inner city youth.

Cindy Luxemberg, Managing Director

With over 20 years of staffing experience, Cindy Luxemberg knows her stuff. Like many of the team members at Windsor Resources, Cindy previously worked with CEO John Schapiro for 13 years at another firm.
Today, her newly created position has her working in a strategic role to enhance Windsor’s busy temporary staffing division. In the short time she’s been here, the team has more than doubled in size and the business relationships with our clients are stronger while repeat business is on the rise. Additionally, Cindy is responsible for managing job order activity, negotiating contracts, handling candidate issues and more.
It is important to note that Cindy Luxemberg’s first exposure to the staffing industry came through watching her father manage their family-owned staffing firm so it was a natural step when she decided to pursue this business after college. Hoping to take the lessons of her father, she was excited about the opportunity to be more collaborative at a smaller, privately held company – and that’s just one of the reasons she chose Windsor.
“My dad created a great working environment by really listening to people, creating a positive atmosphere, and of course working “smart”. I see a lot of those same values reflected in the Windsor office every day,” said Cindy.

Mike Becker, Creative Director
Mike Becker is a NYC based technology entrepreneur, skateboarder and people solution expert with a diverse background working with technology and media companies across all industries both from a strategic and creative perspective.
Mike took his love for digital media, skateboarding and startups and with the help of some amazing people, a generous amount of funding and a dose of luck was able to start a few very exciting companies while also working with some amazing and historic brands while always looking to match the right people with the right companies.
Currently Michael focuses around strategic consultancy and project and human resource strategy while always working with clients to help manage and retain the right people to grow and succeed. Recently forming The Frontside Agency, a collective, focused on supporting skateboarders and other culturally influential talent, Mike has broadened his scope to work with more emerging, disruptive industries.
His specialties go across the board in technology with a major focus on progression. That, along with a 20 year skateboarding presence in NYC, a diverse network of resources and a drive to work for the people, Mike has established himself as a staple within many diverse and creative industries.
Mike's clients include some of the best known companies in the digital and media space, startups, creative agencies, publishing, mobile agencies, advertising space, entertainment networks, clothing brands and some of the top up and coming talent in the skateboarding and cultural landscape.
True to his collective nature, Mike also consults with clients in regards to strategy, employee attraction and retention solutions, brand management, design and development and personnel resources.
