Mike currently leads our Accounting & Finance team. Prior to joining Windsor Resources, Mike spent 10 years at a large NYC based public accounting firm as a Principal of the Recruitment subsidiary of the firm, the Director of Human Resources, and lastly, the Director of Human Resources and Tax Operations. During his tenure, he was responsible for firm wide recruitment and retention of audit, tax, and consulting services staff, performance evaluations, compensation reviews, and promotions. Prior, he spent 14 years in the staffing industry in continually progressive roles and began his career in the NYC office of one of the Big 4 as a tax professional.
